A news release of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said: "In his seven years working at the RBA Golf Club, San Diego has occasionally found valuable items accidentally left behind by members of the club, from cell phones, wallets, to an expensive Rolex watch."
"Time and again, he has dutifully returned the misplaced items to management and eventually to their rightful owners, earning the respect of his employer and co-workers alike," the DFA said.
